Afro-Caribbean Festival
We have our third annual Afro-Caribbean Festival this year on August 9th and 10th. The festival is located downtown Red Deer between 50th Ave and 48 Ave, near the City Hall Park.

Afro-Caribbean Kick-Off Fundraiser
Our kick-off fundraiser is on July 12th! There will be various activities such as face painting, music, food, a fashion show, and a mini market.

The Power of a Girl
We are excited to be partnering with Soroptimist International of Central Alberta for the 2nd Annual Power of a Girl Conference. The conference will be held on May 24th, 2025, at the Festival Hall. We are incredibly grateful to United Way Central Alberta for funding this event.

Black Community Graduation Ceremony
Graduation is coming up! We are hosting an event for the graduates to celebrate their achievements. There will be cultural performances, music, dances, African Caribbean foods, and speakers. The event will be at the Festival Hall in Red Deer on June 13, 2025.
