Important!

No vehicles will be allowed to enter after 10:30 AM, and entry will be blocked at that time. If you arrive after 10:30 AM, you will need to carry your equipment into the area on foot.

Food vendors should arrive early, ideally by 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM. You must set up and be ready for the Alberta Health Inspection around 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Food should be prepared and ready to serve by 11:00 AM.

Food Vendor Meeting

We will be holding a food vendor meeting on Tuesday, August 11th, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
