Food Vendors & Permit Requirements
If you are selling food, baked goods, or any items requiring a food permit, you must contact Alberta Health Services (AHS) to obtain the appropriate approvals.
Vendors must:

Secure all required permits before attending the market

Email copies of permits to info@accoca.ca before your first market date

Ensure all food handling and distribution meet AHS guidelines
Vendor Responsibilities
By registering, vendors agree to the following:

You are responsible for obtaining your own permits, licenses, and insurance as needed.

You are responsible for your products, equipment, and property

ACCoCA is not responsible for injury, accidents, product loss, or property damage

Vendors must follow all market guidelines and safety requirements
